If your property was damaged by flooding on August 9, 2024 and are in need of assistance, please provide the following information to sfolk@lyco.org, as soon as possible:

1. A full view image of the home reported as damaged along with all other photos showing damage.
2. Property address in the subject line.
3. Whether you own or rent the property.
4. If there is flood insurance, homeowners insurance, renters insurance.
5. An approximation of water inundation in feet and inches, and what floor of the residence this occurred (ie:  basement, first floor).
6. Damaged item list (ie:  water heater, electrical panel, etc.).
7. Resident name and contact number.
8. Type of structure:  Mobile home, single family, business, apartment, etc.
